Director's Remarks
"My personal experience led me directly to the creation of this company. A few years ago, as a student, I was required to complete an internship abroad in order to finalize my master’s degree in international business in France.
When I began searching for opportunities, I was amazed by the lack of contacts and resources to help me with this. Quickly I understood that it would be difficult to obtain an interesting internship placement, one that would enhance my skills and knowledge. I spent a lot of time and tried many avenues before finally finding an internship at a well-respected company in New York.
As a result of this successful experience and all of the things it taught me, I naturally wanted to help others with the same aspiration to fulfill this dream.
Now, as an entrepreneur, I truly see the tremendous value and importance of having a strong team in place. It takes a lot of time and energy to wade through all the resume clutter to find the compatible candidates for a particular role or project, but finding the perfect match can make all the difference.
