Latin America Visa

Step 1: Finding an internship and signing a contract with the host company must be completed before starting the Visa process.


Step 2: Gather all required documents:

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months)
  • Internship Agreement
  • Proof of the host company
  • University or French institution inscription indicating you are a currently enrolled as a student
  • Proof of financial resources
  • Photo ID
  • Copy of your birth certificate
  • Visa application form, fully completed and signed
  • A photocopy of each document listed above.
  • Some countries may require other documents; consult the country’s consulate for full details.

Step 3: Make an appointment at the consulate for a personal interview.

Be sure to familiarize yourself with the consular formalities for the country you are applying for before your appointment.

Step 4: Apply in person at your Consulate interview.

Step 5: Receive your visa

Collect your passport with attached visa approximately 48 hours after your appointment. (Formalities may vary in each country.)
