I had to prepare the lessons myself after I received the subjects from the absent teachers. I practiced my communication skills in front of groups of about 20 people and had each student achieve a specific goal by the end of each course. I gave the absent teacher a report detailing what had been done during the replacement to facilitate the resumption of class.
