I'm currently in my third year at Ipag Business School. I'm following the "Programme Grande Ecole" curriculum, which gives me a wide range of knowledge. Thanks to Ipag, I've been able to improve my knowledge of marketing, communication, finance.

I was in charge of : - Various tasks: open bank accounts, make transfers, send reminders by e-mail or post. - Set up administrative files: collect documents and enter data.
I was in charge of : - Contribution to the implementation of the risk management plan. - Monitoring the application of internal control methods and procedures. - Follow-up of a structure's financial alerts and control of the regularity of financial statements. - Gathering the documents needed for the audit from customers.
I was in charge of : - Assisted customers in locating desired products and ensuring a positive shopping experience. - Managed POS system transactions, including credit, cash, returns and refunds to ensure smooth and accurate cash flow.
I was in charge of : - Setting up a communication plan with Notion. - Create attractive content using Canva, CapCut. - Analyse the various trends on social networks and consumer expectations. - Working with a team of five people : coordinating tasks and time management.
