Every morning I had to set up my work plan for the two services of the day. I was responsible for taking and preparing customer orders, cleaning and straightening tables, answering calls and putting away the dishes in the evening.
my first job as a seasonal worker in a restaurant. I was a waitress so my mission was to serve customers but also to take orders, prepare drinks, peel fruit or wipe the dishes. It was a big restaurant in Doucier, the Pic Vert. There were more than ten waiters because there were always a lot of people. I sometimes did 20km a day.
