- Organisation of automated reports and follow-ups for the salons
- Management of Accounting Software
- Simulation of possible scenarios concerning the salons’ operations
Business Administration:
- Assist the staff in the office in communication with staff, franchisees, suppliers, (emails and phone)
- Preparation of meetings
- Filling, Archiving, recording Human Resources
- New staff entry, contracts, etc.
- Assist the salon managers for the roster, the training,
- Updating annual leave entitlement
Logistics:
- Management of stock orders and supplies for the network
