The candidate for this position will be responsible for and must be capable of the following tasks:
- Communicating with clients in the Caribbean
- Generating price quotations for clients
- Generating purchase orders
- Follow-up on purchase orders in order to verify correct items and quantities
- Expediting purchase orders as is necessary
- Finding and qualifying new vendors in order to extend the best prices to clients.
- Daily management of all active purchase orders, verification in receiving of orders placed
- Solving quantity and price differences in orders placed
Profil recherché
Candidates qualifying for the position must:
- Be computer literate (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, QuickBooks Enterprises)
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Possess the ability to multi-task
- Possess some technical or real-world experience with industrial equipment, machinery, and construction materials
