Assisting with the running of the studio and warehouse which includes but is not limited to:
- Picking and Packing online orders
- Process refunds and exchanges
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Keen eye for detail – ensuring all orders are correct
- Self managed time management
- Organise warehouse, ordering supplies
- Use custom program GLASS for all invoicing and stock management
- Working with local and international couriers - DHL, Aus Post
- Able to communicate any warehousing issues, with view to improve or streamline any current systems
- Assist in stocktake, warehouse sales and any other tasks that may require all hands on deck
