Description
The objective of this internship is to help to develop its business activity on the Benelux market, by building a strong database of candidates and clients, in order to prepare the office opening in Luxembourg planned for October 2025.
– Collect data from the Benelux:
• Identify the data information sources: search for all main institutions (IA-BE, ILAC, …) and insurance medias from the market of these 3 countries (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) in order to contact them for buying data from insurance sector of the Benelux market (paper directories, online directories, Excel files, …)
• Contacting actuary candidates from the old database in order to get information from the market,
– Building database of candidates and clients:
• Audit of the current database on these 3 countries => cleaning and checking data,
• Import collected data into the CRM database and enrich them by finding complementary data from internet search, LinkedIn and other sources,
• Qualify the contacts/clients and candidates with right tags, the right fields fulfilled
– Build up specific mailing campaign using the solution Campaign Monitor:
• Design specific campaigns to approach candidates and clients of these markets => inform them about our services, the office opening in Luxembourg for January 2026,
• Monitor these campaigns
– Prospective actions on these markets:
• Create specific emails to approach clients on these markets,
• Manage client meetings for the main consultant,
– Support to Researcher team:
– General internet search and search via LinkedIn Recruiter and RocketReach (for finding email addresses) to develop the candidate database in order to assist the main Consultant in some specific search projects.
