Internship- Volunteer work at the French Academy DC

The French Academy DC MD VA, LLC is a small French school located in Alexandria (VA) and Washington DC. Our mission is to provide the very highest quality French language instruction in order to help people become better global citizens. We create a fun and friendly environment that immerses students in the language and culture, ensuring students learn French effectively and quickly. We offer private lessons, group classes for adults and children, as well as for corporations.
We are looking for volunteers or interns for volunteer work / unpaid internship to assist our team with communication and organization of French classes.
Location: Alexandria VA22310 USA
Dates: volunteer work for 7 weeks to 3 months
From mid Sept to Dec 23 (flexible dates)
Tasks:
– Assist with our social media websites: twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and blogs.
– Update our web site on web forums, classified, event sites etc.
– Help us to better our communication with videos and pictures of our classes.
– Assist with the organization of classes.
– Assist with our classes: planning and setting of rooms, help with the schedule, class observation, preparation of materials.
