-Entering claim documentation into the system: -Opening a new case on the company database; -Contacting Insurance Adjusters and Examiners, as well as liaising with other experts -Estimating the costs of goods, property, and vehicles and calculating an estimated settlement cost. -Liaising with other insurance professionals (e.g. Adjusters, Brokers, or Underwriters) when necessary. -Requesting settlement payment from financing departments: -Liaising with contracting firms, and mechanic workshops: -Authorizing clearance when claimant requires their service; and intermediating between clients and experts. -Training and onboarding new comers to the team.
-Receiving calls and emails from claimers about emergencies/ general inquiries about the website, claims and coverage. -Update claimers data on the system. -Provide advice on making a claim and the processes involved -Process new insurance claims notifications -Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim -Contact tradespeople from a network of approved professionals and arrange for them to make repairs on the policyholder's property -Liaise with solicitors, as well as other legal and claims professionals, and negotiate the terms of a claim -Prepare an initial estimate of costs and then closely monitor and keep a record of costs -Get advice from external specialists on complex cases -Ensure the customer is treated fairly and that the customer receives excellent service in accordance with industry and company guidelines
-Take details when a customer reports a claim -Issue claim forms -Gather information like receipts, photographs or valuations -Provide clients with updates about their claims via emails and phone calls
-Draft procedures for handling legal matters such as conservators, estates, trusts, guardianships, levies and subpoenas. -Review existing contracts for material information and input into contract management system. -Review existing loan documentation and security agreements. -Prepare checklists/customer handouts for common questions regarding procedures
-Plan finances and production to maintain farm progress against budget parameters -Undertake practical activities, such as driving tractors, operating machinery, feeding livestock or spraying fields -Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records -Recruiting, training/instructing and supervising farm workers -Making sure that work progresses satisfactorily -Market the farm's products -Buy supplies, such as fertiliser and seeds -Arrange the maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment -Plan activities for trainee staff, mentoring and monitoring them -Maintain and monitor the quality of yield, whether livestock or crops -Make sure products are ready for deadlines, such as auctions and markets -Ensure that farm activities comply with government regulations -Monitor animal health and welfare, including liaising with vets -Maintain knowledge of pests and diseases and an understanding of how they spread and how to treat them -Apply health and safety standards across the farm estate -Protect the environment and maintaining biodiversity -Keep financial records up to date
