Sales internship in a vintage toy store, during the Christmas period. During this experience, I carried out several missions: - First, sales and customer relations, for the choice of Christmas purchases the salesman plays a crucial role in understanding the customer's needs and advising him on the perfect toy. - Management of the social networks of the store - Management of the stocks, the reception of the stocks and the setting in ray - Creation of the shop window - Organization of events in the store such as the arrival of a Christmas choir. This experience taught me autonomy and responsibility because I sometimes had to manage the store alone from opening to closing. Also my adaptability because the store was often full and I had to be on several fronts at the same time. There was also a part where my creativity was of paramount importance, when creating window displays or content for social networks.
Professional experience as a multipurpose employee in an Intermarché supermarket. During this experience, I had to carry out several missions: - Customer advice - Cashing in - Putting on the shelf - Management of the stock - Work in team This experience taught me how to work in a team with colleagues from all different backgrounds, with whom I had to work efficiently so that the store would be ready to welcome customers at the opening.
During my first year at the BBA Inseec in Lyon, we had to carry out a project throughout the year, a project called "Defi Créa": The goal of this project was to create a company from A to Z with an imposed team at the beginning of the year, to present the business plan of this company in front of a jury but also during a fair at the end of the year. We had to work on all the necessary steps to create a livable company, including the marketing and communication part.
