  • Maintaining and growing existing customers
  • Increasing customer’s portfolio by market research, relationship building, cold call, and prospect visit.
  • Increasing product usages, insuring adequate coverage and distribution when and where applicable
  • Delivering a unique customer experience while engaging and providing them a timely service. Achieve the above in line with company sales policies and strategies


  • Increase Park of B2B Nespresso Machines in designated Channel and Area according to the target.
  • Increase Sales Turnover according to Company’s requirement to ensure yearly, quarterly, monthly target.
  • Managing customer’s portfolio in Center Vietnam
  • Identify new opportunities, actively visit and meet with key decision makers, present the products, quotations and finalize deals.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports according to Sales manager requirement.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the commercial and marketing team for all marketing activities.
