Our trainee will be asked to undertake the following missions:
– Interviewing Students and assessing profiles
– Welcoming Students at the airport
– Organising departures
– Introducing Students in host companies
– Carrying out assessments with companies at the end of mobility
– Assisting Students and offering them support
– Dealing with emergency phone
– Intervening in case of emergencies (ex: doctor, hospital)
– Taking Students to doctor/hospital when necessary
– Checking Students’ accommodation on a regular basis
– Organising meeting/activities with Students
– Dealing with paperwork and administrative tasks
– Reporting daily tasks to Managers
– Marketing (promoting business on social media)
