Description
The internship will evolve through 3 steps and consists as follows:
Learning of operation processes, company values and logistics and discovering the operating field.
Implementation and management: management of the developed real estate portfolio, negotiating with the property owners, communication with the business development team, recruitment of a new team, implementation of best practices and new processes.
New properties onboarding: setting up of properties – selecting and ordering furniture, decoration, scheduling and preparing properties for photo shooting, setting up electricity and insurance contracts, etc.
