• Report developed projects once a week to discuss goals achievement
• Closely follow up, on a weekly bases, sales orders, opportunities, estimates, samples sent, pricing, returns, deliveries, production deadline, and production issue
• Update team accordingly
• First go to person for customers
• Be the hub between customer (websites & key accounts) and the retail managing team.
• Answer all customer requests (estimate, samples, sales order, products inquiries, website updates requirements…)
• Update customers with status of their orders, deliveries, samples, and returns
• Communicate about price changes and discontinued collections & make sure that the information online are always updated
• Call customers for reorders
