Location: Pucón, Chile
Our agency specialized in adventure tourism, rental and sale of winter & outdoor sports items. Established since 1999 in Pucón, the heart of Chile’s tourism industry, it offers a wide range of activities to an international clientele.
Join a young and sporty team, for a minimum period of 4 months. We are looking for our future interns from the following profiles:
Education: Commercial (IEP / Business School / IAE / Tourism School)
Level of study: Minimum 2 years of higher education
Language level: Good command of Spanish and English, other languages are a plus.
Skills required: Good knowledge of the Office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
Required qualities: Good interpersonal skills, creativity, rigour, open-mindedness, versatility.
Remuneration :

Missions to be fulfilled :
Daily management of an adventure tourism agency
Commercial mission: reception and tourist information, sale of activities and sporting goods, equipment hire.
Accounting mission: management of the cash register
Fundraising missions
Communication / Marketing : constant improvement of the company’s communication, graphic design and webmarketing (brochure, flyers, mailing, websites, social networks…) (aguaventura.com; A-shop.cl)
Purchasing and logistics: import of sports articles from major European brands (Simond, Nothwave, Blackcrows, Scott …), management and monitoring of stocks, relations with suppliers, study and setting of prices, promotional actions.
Activities, public relations and partnerships: management of activities, search for new activities, maintenance of relations with service providers and partners, statistics on the evolution of activities, prospecting and development of new markets…
Human resources: recruitment of future trainees, sorting of applications, interviews, training of newcomers, organisation of timetables, management of recruitment platforms, etc.
We recruit interns all year round.

Based in Pucón since 1999 and open all the days of the year, our agency is managed by 2 French owners, Benoist and Vincent, who are supported by their famous trilingual team of French interns (French / Spanish / English).

Our guideline is to give to the tourists the opportunity to do as much activities as they can during their stay in Pucón... More than selling good and services, our philosophy is to pay a close attention to the customers’ expectations and to inform them about what they can do in Pucón and the surrounding areas. We will do our best to advise you and to give you the opportunity to do as much activities as possible by your own without automatically having to pay for tours (visits, stroll, terms, museums…). We can also recommend you some restaurant and accommodation in Pucón.
