Travail et expérience
During my internship in Bali at GMS (Global Mega Servis), I developed a strong understanding of the company’s core services, including administrative support for expatriates, legal procedures, and business setup assistance such as PT PMA creation. This knowledge enabled me to tailor communications to client needs effectively. I was responsible for drafting and sending targeted outreach emails to potential partners, ensuring personalized messaging and using Notion to track follow-ups and results. I also contributed to refining the company’s communication strategies by reviewing the tone, clarity, and relevance of marketing content across various channels. Throughout the internship, I worked closely with the marketing team to ensure all outreach efforts were aligned with ongoing campaigns and consistent with the company’s brand identity.
Event planning and organization: Managed invitations and guest registrations via Google Docs for events hosted by a well-established French company in Bali (founded in 2009, 60+ employees). Marketing coordination: Worked closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all communication materials, both online and offline. Content integration and visual branding: Created and implemented Figma slides across the company’s website, social media platforms, and Canva templates to maintain a cohesive visual identity. Project management: Used Trello and Notion to organize tasks, track progress, and coordinate with team members, contributing to efficient execution of marketing initiatives. Sales and customer engagement insight: Gained valuable exposure to sales funnel strategies and client retention techniques through email marketing campaigns, with a focus on improving customer experience.
During my experience at the prestigious Hotel du Palais, in Biarritz, France. I was responsible for delivering exceptional service in both the restaurant and guest rooms. In the restaurant, my duties included greeting and seating guests, taking and ensuring a smooth dining experience, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization. I was also attentive to guests' needs, providing personalized recommendations and promptly addressing any concerns. In the guest rooms, I managed room service requests, delivering food and beverages directly to guests while ensuring that all items were presented elegantly and to the hotel's standards. Additionally, I was involved in setting up and maintaining the rooms, ensuring they were always ready to provide a luxurious experience for the guests. My role required a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing a high level of hospitality.
