As a supply chain assistant I had to update the database of their car fleet, but also manage the stocks of dangerous products. I had to show initiative and communication by proposing improvements and communicating with suppliers and different departments.

During this internship I was in the Supply Chain department. I first had to build the VSM of the company in order to find the axes of improvement and create my action plan. I then reorganized the whole first floor of the company which includes the store and the workshop. This experience allowed me to work in collaboration with several departments and to improve with the Excel software.

I'm in the packaging department, and I have to create a dashboard with the different KPIs of the department and its action plan. My role is to digitalize my unit and to have a traceability of the KPI, the action plan and to have a real vision. Afterwards, I will be able to carry out robotization projects to reduce ergonomic risks. At the same time, I am carrying out a research and innovation project in collaboration with the Research and Development department and the industrialization department.
