Helped the bank recognize potential risks associated with the acquisition of a subsidiary FBS Spa which enabled the bank to take proactive measures to minimize their risk exposure by 20%.  Managed the process of transferring costs in the acquisition between Banca Ifis and the Servicer FBS Spa.
