Improvement of production processes for two types of products in the food industry: - Standardization of aromatic pastes for fresh cheeses: understanding of the process, measuring of aromatic pastes's properties, negotiating with suppliers, implementing organoleptic tests. Results : mapping of pastes ; going from 9 different to 2 different dosages for 11 pastes. - Reduction of the variability of soft cheeses's dry extract: implementating an experimental plan, measuring various parameters, analysing statistical data. Results : 5% decreasing of variability.
