Planning and development of action plans and operational procedures. Coordination of internal teams and subcontractors, work monitoring. Canvassing subcontractors and establishing good relationships. Negotiation, quotation development, commercial proposals and invoicing (M€) Optimization: Deadline, efficiency, budget management (costs, margin, cashflow) Results: Customer satisfaction on 10 yacht refits under my supervision
Mission: Design and develop a retractable foil system for boats : Designed a foil bending system using CAD software. Responsible for the ordering and 3D printing of the components of the folding system (project cost ~ 2000$) Result: Construction and control of the electromechanical model (about 1x2m), satisfaction of the supervisor
