• Managed large online amazon advertising budgets (~200K € over a 6-month period) for companies such as Lacoste, COTY, URGO, GMI and Revlon daily. • Actively advised future strategic steps to be taken on the accounts attributed to me for improvement of KPIs. • Monthly meetings with French and International clients discussing objectives achieved on the accounts throughout the month supported by different KPIs, as well as recommendations for future strategies. • Weekly client account review preparation and monthly presentation preparation for client meetings.
• Organized a database for entering all online bookings from platforms such as Airbnb and Booking. • Developed a sense of international customer service through storytelling. • Took full responsibility of all the clients and apartments (36 apartments) throughout 4 days, managing different issues and all client communication.
• Created the basis of the website used by the company today and the excel database for all its products specifications ( ≈2000 products). • Organised and assisted product photoshoots for the new website. • Took part in the creation of new products, their packaging, suitable distribution channels and target definition.
