I studied for 5 years in the international business school INSEEC Lyon. I followed the BBA (Bachelor in Business Administration) program for 4 years which is a comprehensive program with internships all over the cursus which allow to better orient. I managed some projects in group, I mainly studied management, marketing and business strategy. Also there are instructors who convey their experiences so we can have a better vision of the workplace. Thanks to this cursus I had the opportunity to do international internship in Bangkok, it allowed me to have a better broad-minded and a rich experience by combining work and the pleasure of travelling.
In 2021 I decided to continue my studies at INSEEC business school with the speciality Luxury Management Fine Food & Wine. Thanks to this program I did a sandwich course in the communication department of PIC Group. I also discovered new courses as Culinary Marketing, Gastronomic Tourism, Sourcing and supplier Management and Performance Management. This cursus allowed me to aquire mainy skills and to confort me in the way that I want to work in the luxury field mainly in the gastronomic and luxury hotels field.
Travail et expérience
EXO Travel is a Destination Management Company based in Bangkok, Thailand. The company organize journeys around South Asia and has several branch with a diferent clientele. There are the Events branch for business groups, MICE / Adventure for people who loves adventure with climbing, walking etc and Luxe for an exclusive clientele who is very demanding. I worked in this company as a marketing assistant so my missions were to translate newsletters, managing Instagram account by publishing 2 times a week, creating posts and edit videos for the website update.
I worked for 2 years as Communication Assistant in the PIC Group company which is lead by the most starred Cheffe in the world, Anne-Sophie Pic and his husband David Sinapian in Valence, France. This family business has 30 years of and has developed with several business model. Hence my missions were diverse, and require to be versatile. Indeed I had the chance to be in charge of promoting her restaurants and hotels, all over the world. I acquired skills in photography, in writing (press releases, newsletter, correction of recipe), in Public Relations with the press, in creations and graphic design (print: poster, flyers, kakemonos...) thanks to some tools in particular Illustrator and Photoshop. I also participated in several projects, such as the inauguration of a Foodtruck and in particular the creation of 2 books, Marmiton and Imprégnation.
