This Bachelor's degree will teache how to lead a hospitality business and master the tools of the trade. It combines practical and academic learning with three "on-the-job-experience" placements spread throughout theh program.
Travail et expérience
I completed a 6 months Operational internship at the Peninsula Paris, working at “L’Oiseau Blanc” (the two Michelin Stars restaurant) I was especially in charge of managing the “secret table” the top VIP table. I had lots of opportunities to work with event planners, coordinating with them and staff in kitchen to deliver exceptional experiences to our VIP customers. This experience was incredibly valuable both from a personnal and professional point of view as this experience was a mix of F&B, Event and VIP management.
