Within the Sales team of Bel Belgium, my role is to support the sales department in the daily administrative tasks: • Administrative support for the salespeople and KAMs • Management and follow-up of promotional actions • Encoding of commercial conditions • Participation in commercial meetings Projects I am proud of: • Automation of most of my tasks with Excel dashboards (complex formulas and VBA) and Power Automate. • A profit & loss analysis file on our promotions to optimise our resources.
As General Secretary, I am responsible for the logistical organisation of the events as well as the management of equipment and teams. The tasks are diverse: • Ensure the motivation and investment of all members while maintaining a good atmosphere, making sure everyone feels at their place. • Manage the association's equipment (more than 10K€ of cameras, lenses, tripods, lamps, etc.) and ensure its proper use. Distribute this equipment among the different staff members to ensure a follow-up of all the events (450 in the year). • Organise and lead the Weekly Meetings and General Assemblies dynamically and interestingly, passing on all information. • Ensure good communication and overall functioning between the divisions. • Prepare tools to ensure long-term succession (handover documents, file sharing, setting up archives, etc.). • Continuously improve the quality of our services through constant questioning, rigorous organisation and unlimited personal investment.
Reporting to the Regional Director, my main mission is to promote the Bioderma brand to pharmacies and para-pharmacies in my area. Exceptionally, the Lyon and Grenoble/Annecy/Chambéry/etc. sectors have been merged, i.e. a portfolio of 381 customers. As a pharmaceutical visitor, my main missions are the following: • Complete management of the customer relationship (advice, regular follow-up, maintenance of commercial contracts and development of customer loyalty) • Presentation of promotions and offers to pharmacies and para-pharmacies in the sector • Animation and training of the customer pharmacy teams • Receipt and transmission of orders (via the Klee software in particular) • Realization of regular reports • Development of the turnover through prospecting, sales and development of customer loyalty Results: • Improvement of the skills in field sales (B2B/B2B2C) and more particularly in the field of pharmacy, para-pharmacies and supermarkets... • Discovery of the pharmacy environment and the selective universe that surrounds it • Deepening of sales and negotiation techniques, as well as the main rules of merchandising • Deepening of communication skills both written and oral • Organization necessary to manage daily tasks, analytical skills and ability to establish a relationship of trust with interlocutors • Great flexibility to match all needs while managing a large geographical area
As a marketing and strategy trainee, I was able to participate in the preparation of client tools and support to help SCOR's growth As a member of the Client Strategy & Marketing team in Paris, I was able to support the department for 6 months in the implementation of global marketing and communication actions, increasingly based on the use and analysis of data. Working in an international environment, I was able to manage various projects, participate in the construction and implementation of a customer strategy based on the use of data while seeking and proposing new solutions. I actively participated in the change of emailing tools (Benchmark, presentation of available tools, decision support) for instance. Other missions consisted in : • Preparing and coordinating external communication actions with clients, analysing results, building dashboards to make this analysis visual and understandable, proposing areas for improvement, and implementing actions to improve processes. • Participate in the development and updating of documents and presentations for our clients, ensuring overall consistency, growing and maintaining a library of online documents, building a referencing and an intuitive architecture • Contribute to the collection and analysis of data from internal tools to build a 360° view of activities with clients, provide insights on client priorities and guide sales teams in their marketing actions.
