 Provide administrative support to the marketing team
 Support and coordinate marketing actions with our 5 shops
 Create dedicated Marketing Plans for exclusive properties using existing templates
 Help to prepare Marketing Reports for our exclusive developments
 Gather Market Researches & Official statistics
 Gather information, budgets and statistic from different property portals
 Help to organize offline media material
 Assist in different types of events such as presentations, open houses, team meetings, press conferences, etc
 Coordinate the events with 3rd party providers, collaborators, etc
 Content creation for subpages/blogs for our webs using different CMS´s
 Prepare weekly newsletters to clients and agents
 Help Creating content for Social Media following our Editorial Calendar
 Translate texts from English to French
 Assist with Social Media Competitor Analysis
 Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
 Co-Coordinate photoshoots with Influencers etc
 Co-Coordinate filming of properties and other special events
 Edit and Upload Videos to youtube and other social media platforms
 Resize images for different uses
 Coordinate actions with Head Quarters
 Create Marketing Manuals for the shop
 Learning and working with various types of Adobe software for digital marketing.
