We are currently looking for someone to join our team and assist the marketing manager in all her journey. One qualification is mandatory: As we are still a relatively small team, you have to be ready for everything we do at Rebels. One day you might be asked to come up with ideas for our social media, marketing campaigns, upcoming products, and the next day you’ll pack online orders all day because you nailed the campaign you’ve prepared! You will have to wear many hats, but you will learn what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur.

What you’ll do:

Online orders: our website and its customers will be your new baby. You’ll pack orders and assist customers in providing the best customer experience. Using your skills and creativity to improve our website & landing page quality to get more conversions will be part of our expectations.

Customer Service: you’ll deal with customer requests and complaints with patience and understanding, in English and French. You’ll have to answer emails & fix their problem with autonomy.

Social media: you’ll assist our creative director with photo and video shoots. Creativity must be part of your personality. You’ll also be in charge of creating organic content for all platforms. You’ll have to be an ambassador for Rebels Refinery and be ready to appear and speak on videos/photos.

Marketing Campaign: you’ll help the team to get the most out of all marketing platforms we use (emailing, SMS, Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest/TikTok ads…) by giving insights & ideas, deciding the most relevant content, scheduling sales and new drops according to the Marketing Calendar, using your experience and knowledge to create new campaigns…

Data: if this word scares you, close the window. We are growing and getting valuable data every day but need analysis to get the most out of it. We are looking for someone to improve our efficiency in our online data to get better results in a short period.

Market research/strategy: you’ll be in charge of looking at trend reports, and our competition and suggesting new products, new retailers and a new overall approach to pursue. Much of our time is spent brainstorming new creative ideas to drive the company forward. These discussions take place out in the field and then back on a whiteboard back in the office.

Cosmetic company started by 3 best friends who found their way onto the Canadian television show called Dragon’s Den. We ended up doing a deal and used the money to create our first shaped lip balm- the skull. Over the years, we created new iterations of our lip balms as we realized our passion lies in highly designed products- both inside and outside, that made people happy. That’s why our new tagline is “transforming the ordinary into moments of joy.” We experienced a big step in our brand awareness with our Pineapple-shaped hand sanitizer in 2020. In 2021 we decided to do better for the planet. That’s why we worked on developing an eco-friendly line of products. 2022 was a big year for us as we launched an entire eco-friendly & natural skincare line as well as the first refillable lip balm EVER.

The company keeps growing daily, we want to spread more joy around North America by selling more and more lip balms every day, and that’s why we need YOU!
