Our company is an early-stage, venture-backed high growth biotech company that’s engineering naturally derived, planet-friendly pest control products to replace harmful traditional chemical pesticides. We are currently launching a new line of products specially catered toward “backyard farmers”. Our products, which are very safe for the food chain and the environment, will answer to the demands of this new segment of more than 13 million new “farmers” who are looking for a healthier source of food.

We are looking for a part- or full-time intern to assist our Head of Marketing in launching this line of products. The Intern will also engage online audiences in the social media space and produce measurable results in expanding our community and support base.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing marketing tools for the successful launch of our products: social media strategy;social media posts;establish measurements and success metrics for social networking initiatives Assist in implementing the marketing mix of advertising and marketing activities (print, digital or social media)
Assist in developing compelling messaging that conveys the value of our brand’s product offerings
Assist in conducting studies relative to customer insights, and market segmentation to develop optimal targeting strategies
Assist in gathering client information and testimonials and ideas across the org
Assist in organizing event, trade shows, etc.
