– Prepare for the arrival of a new associate, ensuring that all the necessary paperwork is on file for them to be able to work, preparing and giving them their associate booklet, name badge, uniform and locker keys if applicable.
– Ensure a friendly working environment and show sympathy towards associates and candidates.
– Participate in the smooth running of the HR office and order office supplies as required.
– Assist with payroll procedures.
– Follow up on events such as birthdays, anniversaries, births and weddings.
– Assist the HR Director in his daily tasks.
– Complete documents such as internship agreements.
– Assist with associate benefits.
– Support the HR Director in his projects.
– Be in charge of trainees.
– Answer the phone before the third ring and make appointments with associates and candidates for the HRD and GM.
– Be involved in the development, organization and running of activities that bring staff together and enhance human relations, such as staffs parties.
– Assist the HRD with internal training (organization, preparation of documents, etc.).
– Give hotel tours to new arrivals.
– Have a positive attitude, act as a leader, be proactive, set a good example.
– Help take minutes at meetings.
– Take part in other tasks assigned by the HRD and GM.
